What do online check-ins consist of?

Online check ins are delivered through an online form on your profile each weekend.
You will fill out the sections on progress, lifestyle, habits, nutrition, and exercise. Your wins for the week and what you want to focus on next week. This will take you roughly 5-10 mins.
I then will respond to your check in by voice messages for you and sending these through WhatsApp or Messenger. (Whatever works best for you) This takes out the barriers of time, locations, and appointment setting. You can listen anywhere at anytime and at your leisure ask to follow up questions if you like. This is on top of your coaching calls.

Bonus messaging support:
This is a service where you can send me questions anytime though our communication channel. I monitor these and you’ll receive a response within max 1 business day.

How quickly can I expect results?

All client’s goals are different, but nine of out 10 times your notice a significant changes within the first few weeks with your weight, energy and digestion, Your plan will likely be multiphase and depending on your initial assessment is where you begin. Depending on our coaching calls together and where you need to start working on to make life changing changes.
When you achieve your goals, I recommend a maintenance phase which is known as the endure programs where I teach you how to maintain your incredible results. In saying this. I can promise the more you improve and see results over your initial 12 weeks the more you will want to keep going. Again, you can re do the 12 weeks intensive program or graduate to the endure program where you still have me by your side.
